Prices are shown in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout before you confirm your order.

An order is considered final once you receive the confirmation email. We reserve the right not to process orders that are incomplete or contain clearly incorrect information.

Payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout. We do not process or store complete payment card details.

Delivery methods and timing are described on the Shipping page. Stated timeframes are estimates and are not a contractual commitment.

The right of withdrawal and the legal guarantee of conformity are governed by the Returns & Refunds page, in accordance with the Italian Consumer Code.

These contracts are governed by Italian law. For consumers, the court of the place of residence or domicile retains jurisdiction.
